Spring (Mar–May): Mild, blooming terraces and comfortable 12–20°C days. Shoulder season—fewer crowds than summer, many hotels open. Good for walking and Easter processions. Summer (Jun–Aug): Warm to hot (mid-20s–30s°C), sea at its best. Peak season—July and August are busiest and priciest. Main events include the Ravello Festival’s open‑air concerts at Villa Rufolo and other summer music programs. Autumn (Sep–Nov): Early autumn (Sep–Oct) offers warm, pleasant weather and thinning crowds—an excellent shoulder season. Rain increases in November; prices fall and hiking is still great. Winter (Dec–Feb): Cool, often wet and quiet (8–15°C). Off‑peak—many restaurants and some hotels close, but you’ll find low rates, peaceful streets, and local holiday festivities.
