Summer (Jun–Aug): Warmest and driest (15–20°C), longest daylight—peak season with more visitors, outdoor festivals and open-air events nearby. Book accommodation early. Autumn (Sep–Nov): Cooling (8–12°C) and often crisp; off-peak after September so quieter and cheaper. Great for autumn colours, harvest markets and country walks.
